Front and Center

There is a reason BrightShade Gardens is named for gardens opposed to landscapes. We prefer the former. We also recognize that 95% of the people who contact us are looking for a landscape. Gardens require a higher level of maintenance that few have time for in this area. If a customer is desperate for a garden, we generally recommend that it be placed in the back of the house; there is no stress when a home owner walks through the front door at the end of the day if the front of the home is landscaped and tidy.

We all have different philosophies, but we prefer front landscapes that are largely evergreen. No one relishes winter, and having a front yard full of dead looking plants is not a January pick-me-up in any way.
